When does the festival take place?
Every year at the August full moon. The exact dates are announced each season and shared first with the mailing list.
Are fire artists really free?
Yes — free entrance for fire artists and fire performers has been a tradition every single year.
How much are tickets?
Tickets start at €15 in June and rise by €5 each month. See the Tickets page.
Where can I buy tickets?
Advance tickets are sold from June at Newdrift Record Store, Brüsseler Str. 49, 50674 Cologne, or by emailing excalibur@newdrift.com.
How do I get to the festival?
Can I bring my own fire show?
Fire artists and performers are welcome and enter free. Please get in touch beforehand if you want to join.
Are there shops and food?
Yes — a curated, limited number of beautiful stalls, chai and food shops, deliberately kept small so the magic is never crowded out.
